Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. We do not archive, analyse, or share historical log data beyond this period.
Server infrastructure is provided by Krystal Hosting Ltd, a UK-based hosting provider. Krystal processes server data on our behalf as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. No data is transferred outside the United Kingdom.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose server log data to any third party for marketing, analytics, or commercial purposes.
This tool uses self-hosted fonts. No request is made to Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, or any external font service. No third-party analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising code is present in this tool.
This tool does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other form of browser-based persistent storage. No consent banner is required.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given that the only personal data we hold is server log data (which is not attributed to identifiable individuals in most cases), these rights may have limited practical application.

This tool is designed for use with hypothetical and fictional scenarios only. If you type any information into the chat interface, that information is not transmitted to our servers, not stored, and not accessible to us. However, you remain responsible for ensuring you do not enter real client data or any personally identifying information into this or any digital training tool.
